Thank you for your interest in renting with us. Please carefully review the following application process and minimum requirements to ensure a smooth experience. 

Application Requirements

1. Complete Application - All prospective tenants must fill out the application form entirely. Applications that are incomplete will not be processed. 
2. Minimum TransUnion Resident Score - A TransUnion Resident Score of at least 560 is required to assess an applicant's rental rental reliability. 
3. Income Requirement - The combined gross household income must be at least three times the monthly rent to ensure the ability to meet rental obligations 

Automatic Disqualifications

Please note that the following conditions will result in immediate disqualification:

• Evictions: Any evictions or eviction filings in the last 5 years. 
• Criminal History: Any history of sexual-based crimes.
• Financial Issues: Open bankruptcies and O.R.C. 2907.
• TransUnion Resident Score: A score below 560.
